At McNeal's In A Day Gardens we want everyone who longs for the taste of home grown produce to realize that dream. With our plot designs most anyone can find the space to grow that tomato or bell pepper plant. Imagine stepping  outside to gather up some lettuce for a fresh salad, pick and cook up a batch of green beans or eat a garden fresh cucumber.  

And just as our name implies we will have your new raised garden plot installed in a day, including up to 3 seed packets of your choice or 2 ready to go plants. Call us...we will make arrangements to stop by, help you pick a plot size and design, then show you a of list of seed packets and plants available for you to choose from. We will also explain our Maintenance Program options to you for a carefree gardening experience. CALL TODAY

Raised bed and small plot gardening is not the same as traditional gardening. You will be using a much smaller space so you will need to think differently on how to maximize your yield. Not to worry, we will show you how to make one packet of lettuce seed last a full season, or how to grow two items in the same area and still get the most from your garden.
 
There are several things we are doing new this year. One of my favorites is our specialty gardens. Who doesn't love salsa? We can install your new salsa garden in hours. What about an all salad, or cooks delight filled with gobs of herbs? Do you want to freeze or otherwise preserve your harvest? We have gardens for kids, Grandparents and even Butterflies. The McNeal's 2011 backyard garden is shown below. We had tomatoes, bell peppers, cabbage, cucumbers, zucchini squash, pumpkins, peas, string beans, potatoes, onions, lettuce and more. Who needs a store?!! Deb's favorite is her herb garden (not shown) where she has basil, parsley, sage and more. We also grew strawberries, raspberries and grapes. Because of the worsening economy and in an effort to help we are establishing a layaway program.
